Dr. Timothy Tiryaki

Timothy is a global expert at the intersection of strategy, culture, and leadership, and a sought-after executive advisor. He is the co-founder of Strategy.Inc, which pioneers a human-centered approach to strategy design and implementation. He also founded Maslow Research Center, a research-driven culture transformation partner, measuring culture and educating leaders on how to “Lead With Culture”. Timothy has led executive retreats on strategy, corporate North Star, culture transformation, M&A projects, leadership development, and coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies.

His previous corporate experience includes Procter & Gamble, Intel, and Great Place to Work Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, an M.Ed., and a Ph.D. in Leadership Education. He is an ICF PCC credential holder focusing on Executive Coaching and holds seven coaching certificates in multiple disciplines. With his book “Leading With Culture” and his Ph.D. thesis on Wise Leadership for Organizations in the Post-Covid Era, Timothy remains at the forefront of innovation in his field.
